SPECIFIC INFORMATION RELATING TO THE ALTERNATIVE RESOLUTION OF LITIGATION ARISING FROM ONLINE CONTRACTING

Without prejudice to the possibility of recourse to Alternative Dispute Resolution Entities, whenever a contracting situation is carried out exclusively online (via the Internet), disputes arising therefrom can be solved through European Platform for Online Dispute Resolution.

This platform, managed by the European Commission and free of charge, is aimed at consumers who contract exclusively online (via the Internet) and is intended to help them resolve disputes without having to go to court.
